Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At DayTradeDepot, we stand behind our products and want you to shop with confidence. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.


Shipping Origin

Most DayTradeDepot orders ship from our warehouse in China. International shipping times, customs processing, and carrier handling can vary by country and region.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be returned in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, cables, and inserts.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number and the email used at checkout).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by local law, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (see “Sale Items”)
  • Items returned with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging (unless due to our error)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery) so we can resolve it quickly.

  • Include your order number and clear photos/video showing the issue and packaging.
  • We may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider, but it typically posts within a few business days after processing.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and clearance items are not refundable unless they arrive damaged/defective or the wrong item was sent.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@daytradedepot.com.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return (once received and approved). If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser.


Shipping Returns (International Returns)

To start a return, contact us first at info@daytradedepot.com. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

  • Return shipping costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or verified defect/damage on arrival).
  • Shipping fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • International returns: Because most orders ship from our warehouse in China, international returns can take longer to arrive and be processed.
  • Tracking recommended: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refused Delivery / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failure to pay duties/taxes, missed delivery attempts, or carrier restrictions, it may be returned to our warehouse in China or to a carrier return facility.

  • Reshipment: If you want the order re-shipped, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
  • Refunds: If the item returns to us and you request a refund, we can refund the product price only after the return is received and inspected, minus any return shipping charges, handling fees, or carrier fees incurred.
  • Return-to-sender delays: International return-to-sender transit can take several weeks. Refunds cannot be processed until the item is physically received back and verified.
  • Duties/taxes: Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or penalties charged by your country or carrier are not refundable.
